Cold-chain from synthesis to shipment
Why lyophilized peptides need controlled storage and how our US facility handles fulfillment.
Lyophilized peptides are stable relative to liquid formulations, but they are not invulnerable. Heat, moisture, and repeated temperature cycling can degrade sensitive sequences and compromise research outcomes.
Lyophilization and stability
Freeze-drying removes water while preserving peptide structure. Properly lyophilized material ships at ambient temperatures in many cases, but storage after receipt should follow label guidance—typically refrigerated or frozen depending on the compound.
Our US fulfillment standard
Products are stored in climate-controlled warehousing until pick. Orders are packed with insulated materials and, when required, cold packs to reduce thermal excursion during transit—especially in summer months or for temperature-sensitive lots.
What to do when your order arrives
- Inspect packaging for damage before opening
- Store vials according to the product label and COA guidance
- Reconstitute only the quantity needed for immediate use
- Document batch ID in your lab notebook
Research-only handling
All products are sold strictly for in vitro and laboratory research. Proper PPE, sterile technique, and institutional protocols apply whenever you handle research chemicals.
